Texas Travel Superintendent - 90+ year old General Contractor

About the Role

Our client, a highly respected, privately held general contractor with over 90 years of success, is seeking a Texas Travel Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects across the Gulf Coast region. Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities, subcontractor coordination, and field operations
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules
• Manage project safety programs and maintain best-in-class jobsite standards
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics for efficient project delivery
• Drive quality control initiatives and proactively resolve construction challenges
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project execution
• Support project closeout activities, punch-list completion, and successful turnover

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Experience working on ground-up construction projects, preferably in industrial or commercial sectors
• Excellent communication skills
• OSHA certification and construction software knowledge are a plus

Pay

Highly Competitive Base Salary: $90,000–$140,000
