Job Description

  • Responsible for leading on-site construction operations and driving project execution from start to finish.
  • Closely work with Project Managers while maintaining significant autonomy in field leadership and scheduling.
  • Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and drive successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
  • Lead job-site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
  • Oversee projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M in value.
  • Travel regionally throughout East Texas and surrounding areas as project needs require.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of construction experience with a General Contractor.
  • Proven Superintendent experience on K-12, office, healthcare, retail, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
  • Strong scheduling and project execution experience.
  • Ability to lead subcontractors and drive accountability in the field.
  • Willingness to travel within approximately 1-2 hours of East Texas project locations as needed.
  • Stable employment history and a demonstrated leadership mindset.
  • Team-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in long-term career development and future leadership opportunities.
