Job Description
- Responsible for leading on-site construction operations and driving project execution from start to finish.
- Closely work with Project Managers while maintaining significant autonomy in field leadership and scheduling.
- Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and drive successful project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Lead job-site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
- Oversee projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M in value.
- Travel regionally throughout East Texas and surrounding areas as project needs require.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of construction experience with a General Contractor.
- Proven Superintendent experience on K-12, office, healthcare, retail, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
- Strong scheduling and project execution experience.
- Ability to lead subcontractors and drive accountability in the field.
- Willingness to travel within approximately 1-2 hours of East Texas project locations as needed.
- Stable employment history and a demonstrated leadership mindset.
- Team-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
