Senior Traveling Superintendent

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all electrical-related activities on our large-scale, mission critical Data Center project, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the electrical construction process, including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards
• Coordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage and oversee team of ~100 Electricians, ensuring their work meets our quality and safety standards
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects
• Handle mission-critical aspects of projects, ensuring all electrical systems are robust and reliable
• Work on hyperscale projects, managing the electrical needs of large-scale, complex construction projects
• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry
• Proven experience working on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+
• Demonstrated expertise in mission-critical data center projects, however experience with EV, Pharma, or related are acceptable
• Strong skills in site coordination, ensuring smooth project execution
• Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets
• Must have experience working in a Union currently or in the past
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred

This is a multi-year project located in Indianapolis. Daily Per Diem rate is paid if out of area.
