Job Details

This is a multi-year project located in Indianapolis. Daily Per Diem rate is paid if out of area.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the electrical construction process, including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
  • Cookordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and oversee team of ~100 Electricians, ensuring their work meets our quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects.
  • Handle mission-critical aspects of projects, ensuring all electrical systems are robust and reliable.
  • Work on hyperscale projects, managing the electrical needs of large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+
  • Demonstrated expertise in mission-critical data center projects, however experience with EV, Pharma, or related are acceptable.
  • Strong skills in site coordination, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets.
  • Must have experience working in a Union currently or in the past.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
