Responsibilities
- Pursue and secure opportunities with new and existing clients
- Mentor staff and deliver projects
- Grow the business portfolio
- Interface with regional and national technology leaders to advance local capabilities
- Support project teams to pursue and complete projects including planning, nutrient removal, solids handling, condition assessment, and design of wastewater treatment facilities and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years experience
- Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
Qualifications
- TX PE or ability to obtain reciprocity
Skills
Strong communication and listening skills, ability to handle multiple assignments, good leadership and organizational skills, and an attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture are essential.
