Texas DPS Qualified Manager (Level 3 or 4) Job

Job Summary

Do you have a Texas DPS Level 3 or Level 4 license and a clean legal background? If so, we're looking for a Qualified Manager to support compliance and licensing requirements for Citywide Security Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of compliance with Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702 and DPS rules
• Support required filings, renewals, updates, and compliance documentation
• Join occasional remote check-ins and provide compliance updates as needed
• Monitor and notify leadership of regulatory or licensing changes
• Respond to DPS-related correspondence if required

Minimum Requirements

• Current Texas DPS Level 3 or Level 4 license (Private Security Board)
• Meets all qualifications outlined in Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702
• Clean legal background, in good standing with Texas DPS
• Strong communication and timely responsiveness for licensing matters
• Texas resident eligible to serve as a Qualified Manager

Preferred Background

• Retired or former law enforcement, military, or prior QM experience
• Familiar with private security licensing and compliance procedures
