What You’ll Do -- Accountabilities

• Ensure 100% of students have high-quality testing environments for district, state, and national tests.
• Attend 100% of scheduled trainings with the national Assessment Team.
• Create and communicate the campus testing plan for every district, state, and/or national assessment administration.
• Communicate the testing schedules and any other applicable updates to students' parents/families.
• Coordinate with campus IT technician to ensure all computers are updated and ready for testing.
• Ensure all applicable testing coordinators and students have access to the appropriate online testing system.
• Prepare 100% of testing bins 72 hours in advance of the testing date.
• Review all testing bin contents with test proctor 2 days prior to the testing date.
• Audit all accommodation and supplemental materials prior to the testing date.
• Process and manage state assessment materials following district guidelines.
• Audit 100% of paper state test booklets and paper answer documents with a lead team member.
• Execute 100% of all deliverables requested by the national Assessment Team.
• Lead campus testing training and schedule biweekly meetings with special point persons.
• Schedule meetings with test proctors and oversee testing sessions.
• Monitor scanning of assessments and track testing completion.
