About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented Clinical Psychologists in Utah who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Opportunities are available across all office locations in Utah, including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, with additional offices planned for 2027.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality behavioral healthcare primarily through therapy (testing may be available in the near future) while contributing to a collegial work environment and utilizing the latest digital technology.
Requirements
- Fully licensed Clinical Psychologist in Utah
- Primarily therapy‑based (testing may be available in the near future)
Skills
- Bilingual Spanish‑English proficiency (highly valued)

Pay
Compensation range of $114,000 – $153,000 per year, based on a productivity‑driven compensation model.
Schedule
Flexible schedules with a hybrid arrangement (2‑3 days onsite, 1‑2 days remote); full‑time and part‑time positions available (at least 20 hours/week).
