About the role

We are seeking fully licensed Clinical Testing Psychologists for our Carrollton, TX location (hybrid role, candidates should be based in Dallas). The position involves 100% outpatient clinical care within a group‑practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of psychological assessments for adult, child, and adolescent populations.
• Perform testing intakes and develop appropriate assessment batteries.
• Write comprehensive reports and deliver feedback sessions to patients.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed psychologist in Texas (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
• Experience conducting assessments with adult and/or child and adolescent clients.
• Proficiency in testing intakes, battery planning, report writing, and feedback delivery.

Pay

Compensation range $110,000 to $185,000+, based on productivity, plus an annual cash bonus incentive plan.
