About the role
We are actively looking to hire talented psychologists in the area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Our Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, or adults
- Work in a hybrid model with flexible scheduling options
- Utilize digital technology for patient care and administrative support
Requirements
- Fully licensed psychologist in Minnesota
- PhD or PsyD
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations

Pay
Compensation range: $146,000 - $193,000 annually (productivity-based model). Full-time positions also include a sign-on bonus.

LifeStance is growing in Minnesota with outpatient clinics in Anoka, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Centerville, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Maplewood, and St. Paul.
