Testing Center Coordinator

Job Summary

The Disability Access Center at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking a Testing Center Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the Testing Center, including scheduling, supervision of student employees, and the implementation of secure and accessible testing procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary exam proctor or assigning qualified proctors as needed.
• Collaborating with faculty to coordinate exam requests, testing protocols, and schedules.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Testing Center equipment, including computers, scanners, and related technology.
• Scheduling and assigning students to appropriate testing environments based on approved accommodations and testing requirements.
• Evaluating Testing Center operations and workflows and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and academic integrity compliance.
• Monitoring testing sessions and enforcing secure testing procedures to maintain academic integrity.
• Verifying that exams are administered according to faculty instructions and approved policies.
