Responsibilities
- Schedules exams and testing spaces in collaboration with faculty and the academic departments.
- Communicates regularly with students and faculty regarding testing procedures, schedules, and requirements.
- Trains student workers who may serve as proctors.
- Maintains accurate testing records, documentation, and reports.
- Makes sure testing protocols are followed and addresses any irregularities or concerns.
- Ensures exam security, confidentiality, testing compliance, and ethical testing practices.
- Supports students with disabilities, testing anxiety, or access needs in a professional and supportive manner.
- Uses flexible, student-centered approaches to support students with testing accommodations.
- Maintains accurate records, case notes, and confidential student files in compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
- Captures and administers academic testing services for students, including accommodated and non-accommodated exams.
- Contributes to the review and improvement of testing policies, procedures, and workflows.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of.
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative office experience.
Qualifications
- Strong computer experience including ability to work effectively with MS Office suite products.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workflow.
- Demonstrated ability in time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials.
- Able to analyze information to formulate reports.
Skills
- Must have strong computer experience including ability to work effectively with MS Office suite products.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands while achieving deadlines under pressure.

- Able to take copious notes and transcribe/prepare documents.

- Able to analyze information to formulate reports.

Pay
The hiring rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.
Schedule
Must be able to work overtime on nights and weekends as required by business needs. Must be available to work a flexible work schedule.
