TEST & TRIALS WORKER-C

About the role

Implements Preventative Maintenance Procedures for all vessel equipment, in compliance with customer and Vendor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and completes all required Preventative Maintenance activities specified by Vendor, Customer, and department Foreman.
• Maintains Preventative Maintenance documents for all projects.
• Submits Procedures as assigned.
• Addresses deficiencies evidenced as a result of PM and works with department Manager and Vendors to correct deficiencies.

Requirements

• Considerable knowledge of shipbuilding processes and industry standards and regulations.
• Good knowledge of testing equipment and measuring devices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers, management, and employees in all areas within the division.
• Must possess basic Mechanics hand tools.

Qualifications

0-3 years’ experience in shipboard Mechanics and/or Electrical disciplines or any equivalent combination of experience and training which results in the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
