Purpose Statement
To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Executes manufacturing solutions and provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements, applying process improvement or troubleshooting as needed.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
- Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support full Plexus Manufacturing processes and product requirements/specifications.
- Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes, and provides support to direct production line operators.
- Basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation as it applies to the role.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Pay
The annual compensation range for this position is $43,100.00 - $64,700.00. The salary offered within this range will be based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level.
