About the role
THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION LOCATED IN STREETSBORO, OHIO
Requirements
- Hands-on experience operating electrical test equipment such as digital multimeters and current meters.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency in electrical assembly techniques and the use of standard hand tools.
- Experience with electrical component assembly, wiring, and system integration preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronics and circuit-level troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with precision measurement tools and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and file management systems.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge for device configuration or test automation is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of electrical safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and proper PPE usage desired.
- Education: Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, or Equivalent Military Electrical Training, or Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience performing electrical testing using voltage/current measurement equipment in the power systems industry.
