Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble test boards, fixtures, and test systems from schematics, build plans, and specifications provided by engineers
• Perform precision soldering and rework on test boards, components, and interconnects (through-hole and surface-mount) to build reliability test vehicles
• Start, stop, and monitor reliability tests (e.g., HTOL, HTRB, THB, temperature cycling, burn-in, life testing) in accordance with test plans
• Set up and configure test chambers, power supplies, data loggers, and other lab equipment to support reliability test execution
• Perform routine and non-routine troubleshooting of test systems, fixtures, and equipment; escalate complex issues to reliability engineers
• Collect, record, and organize test data; perform basic data
