What You'll Do
- Perform functional testing on RF products, including generators, matching networks, and electrostatic chucks
- Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues at the system, board, and component level
- Verify product performance against established electrical specifications
- Follow test procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Record test results, failure analysis information, and production data
- Maintain test equipment and calibration records
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve product performance
What We're Looking For
- Achieved an associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum of 3 years of production test, electronics testing, or RF-related experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Experience using oscilloscopes, power meters, sensors, and other electronic test equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, or signal generators is a plus
