Principal Accountabilities
- Operate functional tests on a variety of electronic assemblies with varying complexity, ensuring results are up to customer requirements
- Operate and potentially program flying probe machine on assemblies as needed
- Utilize electronics lab equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators to perform tests and necessary diagnostics
- Understand assembly schematics and diagnose PCBA's failures
- Occasional utilization of vibration testing and/or temperature testing equipment
- Assist in test fixture maintenance, organization, and reporting of any equipment needed in the test department
- Communicate test issues to internal team
- Record and capture first pass yield and defect data
- Provide suggestions on rewriting of customer test instructions and updating engineering with any red lines of test instructions
- Aid in training
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using industry-standard test equipment
- Strong understanding of electronic components and schematics
Skills
- Proficiency with electronics lab equipment
- Ability to operate and potentially program flying probe machines
- Understanding of assembly schematics and ability to diagnose failures
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail

Pay
- $26 - $32 per hour
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts
- 7am to 3:30pm
