Key Responsibilities Performs intermediate testing activities supporting engineering development, validation, and troubleshooting efforts. Works with increasing independence to operate testing equipment, evaluate test results, and assist engineering teams in resolving product performance issues. All roles at Signia are expected to support the company’s operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization’s business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus. Key Deliverables Of The Position Conduct moderately complex tests on components, systems, and equipment using established testing procedures. Operate, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment and instrumentation. Analyze test results and provide technical feedback to engineering teams. Troubleshoot product or equipment issues identified during testing activities. Document testing procedures, results, and observations in technical reports. Support engineers in refining testing processes and procedures. Provide guidance to entry-level technicians on testing equipment and practices.
