TEST SBTechnical Crew - FPAC On-Call Staff

Duties

• Provides all lighting, scenic, sound, and some video support for events in the Fine and Performing Arts Center.
• This includes Academic Music, Academic Theatre, the Performing Arts Series, and internal/external rental events.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, etc.), Outlook email, and internet
• Basic understanding of scene shop tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, self-directed, and able to work alone or as part of a team, as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend, and repeatedly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of theatrical equipment (preferred)
• Understanding of theatrical terms (preferred)
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
