Private Prep is an educational services company dedicated to helping students succeed and thrive through personalized tutoring and support. We provide both in-person and online services to thousands of families domestically and internationally.
About the role
We are currently seeking talented educators to join our part-time tutoring team in our Central New Jersey and Northern New Jersey regions. Our ideal candidate will have experience with tutoring or teaching, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for education.
Responsibilities
- Tutoring all sections of SAT & ACT exams
- Additional knowledge in high school math and science is highly valued
- Some in-person availability is required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with tutoring or teaching
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to connect with a variety of people (families, students, staff)
- Desire to continue to develop as an educator
- Passion for education
Qualifications
Private Prep offers in-person and hybrid tutoring contracts with rates ranging from $50-70/hr for in-person instruction and $35-50/hr for online instruction.
