Test Operator (Part-Time & 3rd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Hand testing chips manually to product specifications, from production trays, using hand vacuums to move product between product trays and the test heads
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance on testers, motherboards, and load boards; requires diagnosis and debugging at times
• Diagnosing/Debugging Manual Tester/Setup issues and providing standard documentation for repair
• Managing and maintaining sockets for them to perform correctly
• Entering proper lot information when starting Nextest System user interface, accurately record test outcome data into automation software
• Complying with both corporate and ISO standards, drive for continuous improvement in test

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Availability to work onsite Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow written instructions, test procedures, and work instructions
• Comfortable using computers for basic tasks, including data entry, navigating test interfaces, and logging results
• Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to safely handle small electronic components and devices
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain focus in a production environment

Pay

This position pays $23.00 per hour with final compensation determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall interview performance.
