Final Testing Operator – 3rd Shift Location: Rochester, NY area Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM Position: Temp-to-Hire Start: Immediate openings Overtime: Available Kelly Services is hiring Final Testing Operators for a manufacturing client in the Rochester area. This role is responsible for completing final checks on assembled products and using computer-based testing equipment to verify that assemblies meet quality and performance requirements. What You'll Do Perform final inspection of completed slide cell assembliesConnect assemblies to computer-based testing equipmentFollow established testing procedures to verify proper operationReview test results and identify potential issuesVisually inspect components for defects or inconsistenciesDocument test results and communicate quality concernsWork closely with the assembly process to help ensure products meet specificationsFollow detailed work instructions and quality/safety proceduresMaintain an organized and clean testing area What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, assembly, testing, electronics, or quality experience is helpful but not requiredEntry-level candidates with strong attention to detail are encouraged to applyBasic computer/technology skillsComfortable learning how to use testing equipment and follow testing proceduresAbility to identify differences or defects through visual inspectionStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and transportationAbility to work overnight hours Why Apply?
