Test Manager

About the role

The Test Manager position is part of a 12-month contract term at the Florida State Government Agency, located on-site in Tallahassee, FL. The position requires a valid U.S. Citizenship or Green Card and preferred certifications such as Pega-related, ISTQB, CSTP, CMST, PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent quality assurance or project management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Pega Platform implementations, workflow automation, and case management solutions.
• Developing and implementing enterprise test strategies, master test plans, test schedules, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
• Testing business process management (BPM), customer relationship management (CRM), or enterprise workflow applications.
• Performing API, web services, interface, and data integration testing.
• Developing test automation strategies and integrating testing into DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
• Accountable for all aspects of Test Strategy and Planning, Test Design and Execution, User Acceptance Testing, and Defect Management.
• Implementing support for legacy system modernization and migration to cloud-based or enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or test management, preferably supporting enterprise application development, system modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Test Manager or Test Lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing testing activities across multiple project teams.
