Responsibilities
- Accountable for all aspects of Test Strategy and Planning
- Responsible for Test Design and Execution
- Lead User Acceptance Testing
- Manage Defect Management processes
- Support Implementation projects
Requirements
- Must have USC or GC credentials
- Preferred certifications: Pega related certs, ISTQB Certified Tester, CSTP, CMST, PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or test management
- 3+ years of experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead
- Experience with Pega Platform implementations, workflow automation, and case management solutions
- Experience developing and implementing enterprise test strategies, master test plans, test schedules, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes
- Preferred experience with BPM, CRM, or enterprise workflow applications
- Experience with legacy system modernization and migration to cloud-based or enterprise platforms
- Experience with API, web services, interface, and data integration testing
- Experience with test automation strategies and CI/CD pipelines
