The Testing Manager supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex, state-of-the-art test programs. Responsibilities include translating complex program requirements into testable objectives, analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, security reviews, and detailed test objectives, and managing diverse teams to execute successful test programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
• Apply test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
• Lead analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
• Apply use cases and user stories to create test cases.
• Manage and work effectively with diverse organizations and personalities.
• Apply complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
• Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives.
• Experience analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.

Pay

$100,000—$135,000 USD
