Test Management Coordinator (Phlebotomy) - Evening Shift

Role Overview: Provides advanced technical and administrative support within a laboratory setting, overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and participating in financial management and staff development. Responsibilities Include Managing shift workflows, schedules, and personnel supervision in coordination with management.Supporting quality assurance through record review, instrument maintenance, and compliance with accreditation standards.Contributing to financial monitoring by tracking supplies, controlling expenses, and supporting waste reduction initiatives.Participating in staff training, development, and performance assessments.Serving as a resource and liaison, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and participating in department committees. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; minimum age 18.1+ years of experience in an SQL/LSA clinical laboratory environment or related leadership/training experience.Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, procedures, and regulatory standards.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Proficiency in laboratory and hospital information systems, and multiple software programs.Preferred: National phlebotomy certification, management training, bilingual abilities, and related education or experience.
