Responsibilities

System Test Engineer

  • Develop and create master test plans, test cases, and test schedules.
  • Execute test cases and scenarios across individual development projects within the System Test environment.
  • Perform testing types including functionality, user interface, regression, security, and user acceptance.
  • Document test scripts and test plans tied back to requirements.
  • Identify and track defects, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Validate requirements for system testing, prepare reports, record defects, and track defects.
  • Create defect reports for problems discovered during system test.
  • Perform regression testing to validate the resolution of software or system defects.
  • Provide input for program schedules and create and develop Use Cases.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Integration Test Engineer

  • Develop test plans, test cases, and project schedules.
  • Execute test cases and scenarios across numerous project platforms in the Integration test environment.
  • Perform testing types including functionality, user interface, regression, connectivity, performance, load, stress, user acceptance, failover/recovery, and supportability.
  • Develop and update integration test plans and procedures.
  • Validate requirements for integration testing.
  • Prepare reports, record defects, and track defects.
  • Identify, record, report, and track defects.
  • Provide mentoring support to the project team throughout the Development Lifecycle, beginning in the requirements development phase to ensure all requirements are testable and verifiable, and continuing through system test.
  • Support the implementation of new documented, standardized, repeatable testing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with 1–5 years of experience in an IT testing environment, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • 6+ years of experience required.
  • Previous airline experience is ideal.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 to $125,000
