Test Lead

Requirements

• Experience leading testing initiatives within complex technical environments
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage shifting priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives to completion
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and achieve outcomes without direct authority
• Experience with automated testing tools such as JAWS, Selenium, or RestAssured
• Knowledge of SQL queries and Oracle database environments
• Experience with JIRA, JIRA X-Ray plugin, and Confluence
• Familiarity with federal government technology programs, Salesforce, AWS solutions, or Department of Veterans Affairs environments
• Existing Public Trust clearance with a federal agency
• Understanding of mortgage industry processes (plus)
