Test Lead

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on across UI automation, API testing, and automation framework development. The ideal candidate will bring strong Selenium/WebDriverIO and JavaScript experience, contribute to Agile in-sprint automation, and work independently as an SDET.

Responsibilities

• Work as an SDET and individual contributor.
• Create and enhance automation frameworks using strong OOP concepts.
• Perform UI automation using Selenium-WebDriverIO and JavaScript.
• Perform API testing using NodeJS.
• Support Agile testing with in-sprint automation.
• Work with Jenkins and GitLab as part of the automation/testing process.
• Use Allure Reports for test reporting.
• Work with Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to testing activities.
• Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience.
• Strong UI Automation experience using Selenium-WebDriverIO, JavaScript, and Jenkins.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Experience with API Testing using NodeJS.
• Experience with Allure Reports, Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
• Good knowledge of OOPs and ability to create/enhance automation frameworks.
• Agile Testing experience with In-Sprint Automation.
• Ability to work as an SDET and individual contributor.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of GCP.
• Playwright automation experience.
• Database automation experience.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
