We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (essential functions + non-essential functions maybe combined), Requirements (education/experience), Skills (maybe knowledge, abilities), Benefits (benefits listed), Pay (none given, so omit), Schedule (none given, omit). Also maybe Qualifications? Could combine Requirements and Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for those sections only if real content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. Possibly Qualifications could be same as Requirements; but we can include Qualifications if we have content distinct. The posting includes "Education/Special Skills/Experience/Training" which is qualifications. Also "PHYSICAL/MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS..." could be part of Requirements or Skills. We'll treat that as Requirements (physical). Skills could be the knowledge and abilities: "Broad knowledge of applicable QA...", "Broad knowledge of electrical power tests...", "Developed math and electrical engineering", "Developed verbal and written communications", "Broad knowledge of and experience in using inspection tools...", "Developed computer skills for entering and retrieving data." Also "Ability to use office equipment...", "Able to travel...", "Ability to communicate...", "Ability to analyze data..." Those could be skills as well. Might be overlapping. We'll separate: Requirements: education/experience + physical/mental characteristics. Skills: technical knowledge and abilities. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any substantive info. So we need to include all duties listed (essential and non-essential). Must include all benefits details. Must include education/experience details. Must include knowledge list. Must include physical/mental characteristics. We must not include boilerplate EEO. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Pay or Schedule sections because not present. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:

We need to include those as responsibilities as well (they are part of responsibilities). We'll add them as list items. Now Requirements section: education/experience + physical/mental.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technological field, plus 2 – 5 years’ relevant experience in transformer testing in heavy industries or utilities, or equivalent education and
  • Broad knowledge of applicable Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Department procedures
  • Ability to use office equipment and tools, such as: PC, photocopier, fax machine, test equipment, quality instruments, digital camera
  • Able to travel domestic and international to conduct source inspections and audits as
  • Ability to communicate with others to complete work

But note the text: "Education/Special Skills/Experience/Training Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technological field, plus 2 – 5 years’ relevant experience in transformer testing in heavy industries or utilities, or equivalent education andBroad knowledge of applicable Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Department proceduresBroad knowledge of electrical power tests such as the following: ration tests, polarity and phase relation, resistance, insulation resistance, insulation power-factor, losses and excitation, impedance voltage, temperature rise, lightning impulse, switching impulse, applied voltage, induced voltage, discharge, noise, equipment loss, and tap changer testing.Developed math and electrical engineeringDeveloped verbal and written communicationsBroad knowledge of and experience in using inspection tools, instruments andDeveloped computer skills for entering and retrieving data." We need to split that into requirements and skills. The part after "Education/Special Skills/Experience/Training" includes many items. We'll treat the first bullet as education/experience. Then "Broad knowledge of applicable Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Department procedures" could be a requirement or skill. We'll put under Requirements maybe. Then the long list of electrical power tests is a skill. Then "Developed math and electrical engineering" skill. "Developed verbal and written communications" skill. "Broad knowledge of and experience in using inspection tools, instruments and" skill. "Developed computer skills for entering and retrieving data." skill. Thus Requirements: education/experience + physical/mental characteristics (office equipment, travel, communication, data analysis). Skills: technical knowledge list. Let's extract physical/mental: "PHYSICAL/MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS OF THE WORKPLACE: Ability to use office equipment and tools, such as: PC, photocopier, fax machine, test equipment, quality instruments, digital camera,Able to travel domestic and international to conduct source inspections and audits asAbility to communicate with others to complete workAbility to analyze data and develop accompanying" We need to keep that as is; maybe split into separate list items. Now Skills section: list all technical knowledge and abilities. Let's compile: - Broad knowledge of applicable Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Department procedures - Broad knowledge of electrical power tests such as the following: ration tests, polarity and
