Test Engineer - Shift Operator (OTA/Wireless) 2nd, 3rd, Weekend Shifts only

Your Tasks

• Perform OTA, Wireless, and EMC testing according to internal schedules and work instructions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team lead to achieve individual objectives and contribute to team KPIs.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate documentation, meeting report lead-times, logging errors, and optimizing resource utilization.
• Uphold quality and accreditation standards, promptly addressing and escalating any non-compliances.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders to support project success and overall client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures aimed at enhancing test result accuracy and turnaround time.
• Share best practices within the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the laboratory.
• Develop knowledge of CTIA requirements and emerging OTA/RF/EMC industry standards through training and self-directed learning.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in technology and motivation to grow in OTA and RF test methodologies.
• Effective communication skills when working with colleagues and customers.
• Willingness and flexibility to support shift work or flexible working hours when required.
• Preferred: Experience in OTA, EMC, or RF testing.
• Knowledge of 3GPP, ETSI, or related industry standards.
• Experience working in an ISO 17025-accredited testing environment.
