Test Engineer Technician (3rd shift)

@HYVE Solutions is dedicated to helping customers, business partners, and employees succeed through shared goals, strategies, resources, and technology solutions. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring product builds adhere to specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducts random, scheduled, and unscheduled audits to verify conformance to customer specifications, technical drawings, manufacturer’s specifications, assembly manuals, and company processes and procedures.
• Performs root cause analyses by inspecting and evaluating material returns, reviewing documentation, interviewing employees, and assessing conformance to quality assurance standards to identify defects, malfunctions, or process breakdowns.
• Maintains records and logs related to data quality, returned materials, supplier information, nonconformities to build procedures, errors, findings, and recommendations for trend analysis.
• Prepares required product return documentation for suppliers and monitors the corrective action response.
• Assists in developing and maintaining ISO system documentation, including work instructions and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary.
• A high school graduate with an electronics or IT hardware field of study preferred, or a high school graduate with a general studies field of study.
