Test Engineer Senior

Currently, we are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Aberdeen, MD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software test architectures and plans.
- Execute test cases and threads.
- Lead fault analysis efforts and troubleshooting.
- Author test plans and test reports.
- Evaluate new technologies and assess their maturity for implementation.
- Locate and coordinate appropriate test sites.
- Provide test results through formal and informal reports and briefings.
- Sustain and maintain test environments for fielded systems.
- Write, edit, review, and prepare technical documentation for publication and presentation.
- Capture and maintain test systems.
Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of ten (10) years related T&E experience.
- Experience performing the duties outlined in the key responsibilities.
- Four to eight (4-8) years’ of hands-on electrical engineering experience.
- Experience with CPE IEW&S or CPE C3N programs and systems.
- Experience with hardware and software testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., JMP, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, Palantir, BIIR, Google Earth, TIGR, various intelligence-related databases and tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively with government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $86,000 - $202,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position.
