Active and transferable U.S. government-issued DoD Confidential security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Ability to obtain interim clearance is also required.

About the role

This is a 3rd shift role which includes a 12% shift differential. You will support the 3rd shift production floor of the CCM High Mix area in a test engineering capacity, including training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment and production hardware, and analyzing systemic production failures.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, and operations staff to support production testing, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to support production testing.
  • Assist with troubleshooting failures on CCAs by performing data analysis and visual inspections.
  • Identify trends in defects and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues in a timely manner to prevent future build process defects.
  • May participate in new test set builds.
  • Support test equipment coordination between internal customers.
  • Maintain and improve production test procedures as well as provide inputs on production procedures across the production floor.
  • Contribute to the integration of process improvements into production workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with RF testing equipment.
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and/or mechanical issues.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience preparing and executing procedures.
  • Experience troubleshooting systems using general test equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information.
  • Familiarity with National Instruments (NI) software tools, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, and NI MAX.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Pay

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Factors considered when extending an offer include role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Schedule

3rd shift with a 12% shift differential.
