• Develop and maintain ATE test programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions

Requirements

• Strong Test Engineer with 9+ years of experience from the semiconductor industry
• Master’s or bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of ATE test development experience
• CI/CD Pipeline experience (GitLab, Jenkins)
• Test experience with digital, power management IC (PMIC), RF, or mixed-signal devices
• Knowledge and experience with Teradyne testers, UltraFlex, and UltraFlexplus
• Scripting language proficiency (Perl, Python, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
