About the role
The Test Engineer will serve as a key technical lead and individual contributor, driving the launch and ongoing support of high-power AI/ML, GPU, and hardware accelerator-based server, storage, and networking. This role owns test process development for assembly and integration—ensuring quality, performance, and safety—across NPI and sustaining production. You’ll design procedures, automate test execution, analyze data for continuous improvement, and leverage expertise to deliver robust end-customer solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, EE/Electronics, or related field (MSEE or advanced degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in failure analysis and system-level testing within a high-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash), advanced Linux command-line operations, and hardware/network troubleshooting including the ability to train others on Linux fundamentals
- Expertise in computer and server hardware/software integration, diagnostics, and repair—particularly within a manufacturing or high-level assembly environment
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and its application to data-driven troubleshooting and decision-making
- End-to-end development of the test operations process, including SOPs, work instructions, process flowcharts, operational activities, and destination routing
Preferred Qualifications
- Performing hands-on debugging, validation, and system-level failure analysis of next-generation server and rack systems within a high-mix, high-ambiguity manufacturing environment
- Strong Linux CLI proficiency, hardware integration expertise, and advanced troubleshooting skills across L6 and L10 test stages
- Ability to train others on Linux basics
- System architecture understanding—how liquid cooling integrates with overall system testing
- Intermediate programming in Bash and Python
- Leak detection/prevention techniques and best practices
