Test & Debug Engineer

Location: Dong An Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam • Full-time • 1 opening

Responsibilities

• Study electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and electrical specifications for PCBAs/components.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuit board assemblies.
• Analyze, debug, and test to identify faults/defects on PCBA.
• Use quality tools for root cause analysis and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
• Create and maintain a debug guide based on data and defect trends.
• Compile debug data/reports and perform data analysis.
• Coordinate with the Production team to reduce or eliminate defects.
• Maintain and improve 5S on the shop floor.
• Perform the Mirror Man function in the PCBA assembly area to arrest defects during manufacturing.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report them.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of electronic circuits (analog and digital) and components (passive and active).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience using measuring equipment.
• Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.
