Job Description
The primary responsibility of a Test Coordinator is to design, implement, and manage test plans to ensure product quality. This includes coordinating with development teams, creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting results. The role also involves working closely with Quality Assurance (QA) managers to refine testing processes and improve overall testing efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with development teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality
- Document test procedures and results in a clear and concise manner
- Participate in regular meetings with QA managers to discuss testing progress and strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or related field
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
- Knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $70,835.00 - $76,148.00 per year.
