About the role

The Agronomy Accounting role includes invoicing customers, entering payables, processing vendor payments, assisting salespeople and other duties as assigned. Located in Elkhorn, WI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of customer and vendor payments, invoices, and other financial records
• Prepare customer invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Maintain historical records by creating PDF’s and e-filing documents.
• Provide superior customer service
• Additional duties as assigned by location manager

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in Accounting
• Preferred: Customer Service experience

Skills

• Solid understanding of general accounting principles
• Above average communication and organizational skills
• Strong ability to multi-task, work independently and problem solve.
• Excellent time management
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

$18-$21/hour based on experience
