Test and Code Compliance Coordinator

Job Overview

Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as our Test & Code Compliance Coordinator for KONE Americas? This role will support our Trumbull, CT, Albany, Rochester, and Syracuse, NY branches, and will sit at the Rochester, NY branch. The role will be 100% in office during the training period, eventually transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

Other Listed Duties

• Schedule and coordinate with Service/Repair Supervisors and Repair Operations Specialist in scheduling of other planned repairs to support efficiency in managing technician and crew schedules.
• Work with Branch Staffs on expectations, processes, and information required from Staffs to support Testing and Code Compliance processes.
• For Branches not on ATI Tender Creation, create billable tenders for testing and inspections for customers, follow-up to obtain approval, create Billable Service Orders and requisition parts as required.
• Lead, coordinate, and maintain accuracy of Automatic Test and Inspection Database (ATI), SAP contractual testing requirements and report out to General Manager, Service and Solutions weekly.
• Track, manage permits and communicate completed inspections to government agencies and customers.
• Adapt to and implement changes as a result of tracking and monitoring local regulatory directives / violations and requirements, Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) code compliance.
• Invoice dispute management on billable testing and inspections.

Pay

The hiring range for this role in the Rochester, NY location is $54,800.00 – $71,925.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
