About the Role

We are seeking an experienced/senior Test Analyst to support large-scale projects across the globe. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities, coordinate with on-shore/off-shore teams, business, and technology stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all testing activities for projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics aligned with enterprise testing standards.
• Learn and understand the architecture of program applications and systems.
• Execute testing strategy, support junior testers, and contribute to process improvement.
• Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Document and track defects using ADO and in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate status reports and other artifacts for senior leadership.
• Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects stay on track.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, with demonstrated experience in a Senior level capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience working on large-scale system migrations or platform transformations.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, ALM, Jira).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have Skills

• Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
• Experience leading testers in some capacity on a daily basis.
• Exposure to Scrum/Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to Have Skills

• SAP/ERP/Sales Force implementations.
• Automation exposure.
