About the role

MLT Systems supports Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. This role involves planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating detailed phases of engineering or scientific work, performing conventional engineering or scientific practices, and providing customer liaison and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering or scientific work in a project or perform work involving conventional engineering or scientific practices.
  • Generate specifications or plans to support the development of acquisition documentation.
  • Support technical findings, opinions, or recommendations.
  • Perform customer liaison, make presentations, and attend customer meetings.
  • Consult with stakeholders on technical applications to support program management decisions.
  • Analyze, develop, review, update, and deliver Test & Evaluation (T&E) documentation (e.g., Test and Evaluation Master Plans, test annexes, test reports, test strategies, test plans, and test procedures) in accordance with the Marine Corps T&E Handbook and program T&E policies.
  • Conduct comprehensive planning and coordination with Government and non-Government test agencies to schedule facilities, materials, and personnel for test events, including preparation, execution, and closure of Test Readiness Reviews.
  • Provide continuous support throughout test events, including observing tests, analyzing T&E artifacts, developing input for supporting documentation (e.g., Test Incident Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrices), and hosting Technical Review Boards.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and participate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision Briefings with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Secret Clearance required.
  • Working knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) and Marine Corps policies related to complex acquisition analysis, planning, and management support, including DoD Instruction 5000.02, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and the Marine Corps Systems Command Acquisition Guidebook.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear.
  • Use of hands and arms for routine work tasks.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 30 pounds.
  • Vision abilities including close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.

This position is performed in a typical indoor office setting with a quiet to moderate noise level.
