Test Administrator (Oklahoma City, OK) (Temp)

About the role

We are hiring a temporary part-time Test Administrator to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK (5100 N. Brookline). This is a temporary position through the end of October 2026, with possible extension or transition to a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Provide a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment.
• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
• Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate.

Schedule

• Part-time position averaging 15 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours if needed.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday through Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Approximately 2-3 Saturdays per month.
• Flexible scheduling with shifts available at least 2 weeks in advance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices, and see details from a distance.

Pay

Starting pay is $17.75 per hour, plus eligibility for accrued paid sick time.
