About the role
We are seeking a Lead Audiologist to join our team at Mt. Harrison Audiology and Hearing Aids, LLC.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive audiological evaluations and hearing aid fittings.
- Lead and mentor a team of audiologists and support staff.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D. or Ph.D.).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Idaho.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in audiology.
- Experience with hearing aid dispensing and programming.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
