TES Flight Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Dispatches training flights, simulators, and ground lessons in accordance with the published daily schedule and assigns resources necessary to support flight training.
• Ensures accurate aircraft status is displayed in the computer-based management system.
• Works closely with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft availability.
• Affords assistance with inventory tracking of training materials and supplies.
• Affords assistance in student records management.
• Schedules aircraft re-fueling with airport.
• Affords assistance with Saturday flight shuttle, as needed.
• Assists with other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required, including clear verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate shifting priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a focus on customer service.
• Experience with iOS and Microsoft Office Suite is strongly desired.
