TES Building Specialist

Responsibilities

• Performing general custodial duties, multiple levels of stairwells, and/or housekeeping duties at building facilities to accommodate event guests.
• Avoid operating support machinery, including service vehicles, lift devices, and various power and floor maintenance tools.
• Avoid assisting in the organization and set-up of events including the set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, tents, and other specialized items.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write, follow instructions, and understand diagrams.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours between 6:00 am and 12:00 am.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
