Territory Sales Trainee

L'Attitude is expanding its Territory Sales Trainee team in the Willow Grove, PA area. We're seeking motivated professionals who want high commissions, consistent leads, and real career growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with customers to explain communication and connectivity options, highlighting value, performance, and reliability.
• Build trust and rapport through professional, customer-first conversations that encourage open dialogue.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Follow company-provided leads and qualification guidelines to ensure efficient and productive customer interactions.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals with the Territory Sales Trainee team through solution-based selling, upgrades, and bundled offerings.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Trainee team members to share strategies, improve performance, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and service enhancements to confidently educate customers.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Sales, solar, roofing, construction, account management, sales closing, sales consulting, call center, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required as we train the right people).
• Reliable transportation and the ability to meet with homeowners is a must.
• Desire to advance within a company, earn, and advance.
