The Cary Company is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow its Southern California territory, focusing on container, packaging, and filtration product lines. This role involves managing existing accounts and developing new business within a defined region.
Responsibilities
- Regularly engage in weekly sales calls to initiate and secure new business
- Provide support to all accounts and prospects in the defined region
- Be curious and eager to learn about product lines and technologies
- Quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships
- Manage multiple projects with a positive attitude and ease
- Show a strong work ethic and confidence in negotiation
- Act as a proactive self-starter seeking continuous improvement
- Reside in Southern California
Requirements
- A self-directed, detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Sales experience and a knack for networking and lead generation
- A college degree or equivalent experience from the “school of hard knocks”

Pay
Total potential compensation: Over $135,000 annually after territory development
