About the role
The Cary Company is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow its Southern California territory (Los Angeles and surrounding areas), focusing on container, packaging, and filtration product lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and develop new business within a defined region
- Engage in weekly sales calls to initiate and secure new business
- Provide support to all accounts and prospects in the area
- Quoting, upselling, and building strong customer relationships
- Maintain a positive attitude and manage multiple projects
- Seek continuous improvement and have a proactive self-starter attitude
- Reside in Southern California
Requirements
- A self-directed, detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Sales experience and a knack for networking and lead generation
- A college degree or equivalent experience from the “school of hard knocks”
Qualifications
- Curious and eager to learn product lines and technologies
- Strong work ethic and confidence in negotiating

Pay
Compensation includes a competitive base salary of $75,000–$100,000, performance-based incentives with uncapped earning potential, and special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones.
